i found the design quite really good when i arrived. my room had a beautiful city view, which i really liked. the room itself was spacious with a big bathroom (it was great).
the cute staff seemed to lack hospitality, disappointing. my room felt quite outdated and some things were broken like the light switches. the air conditioning did not cool properly and the water pressure in the washroom was too weak.

The breakfast had lots of choices. It was acceptable.
The front desk service was poor. I waited an hour past check-in for my room. I complained four times over four hours. Housekeeping finally provided it five hours after check-in.

A Few Issues Encountered During the Stay

The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered good quality food with plenty of choice. The team even surprised us with cakes. One for our honeymoon and another for my husband's birthday.
The service from the front desk and guest relations was poor. Our room was given to us one hour later than the check-in time. I had to ask multiple times over several hours. I finally found someone from housekeeping who got us the crib five hours later.

the hotel has a good choice of pools and runs a kids club with activities. kids club and poolside staff are friendly and help with questions. our room was in order through housekeeping at the same time each day. i really look forward to returning once again.
the room included a mini bar with one tin of beer and two sodas. this does not represent a fully stocked mini bar. finding a bed near the pool was also difficult.

The breakfast had very various selections of food and beverages. The rooms were large and clean, and included good facilities. Beds were very comfortable in the room. We especially liked the bakery where we could get lunch and snacks between meals.

The room lacked a window, and getting fresh air was hard. Food upset my wife's stomach. She spent all night in the bathroom. The hotel was unprepared for rain during breakfast rush.
